Quality makes us a better supply partner across all market segments.
It is our philosophy that applying the AS9120 standard throughout our entire organization results in RAVtech being a better supply partner across all market segments.
- RAVtech is AS9120 compliant and all of our supply partners are required to be AS9100, AS9120 and/or TS16949 compliant.
- We utilize an ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 A2LA accredited independent third party partner to perform all of our dimensional metrology.
- All inspection records are digitally recorded and stored for quick and accurate traceability.
- To ensure the accuracy of our inspection partner's N.I.S.T. traceable equipment, a specially designed environmental control system has been installed in their 3500 square foot, +/-2°F inspection room. Their RAM Omis, OGP Avant & SmartScope video systems and Brown & Sharpe Chameleon & XCEL probing systems are computer driven and programmed.
