RAVtech is recognized as one of the premier technical contributors to the racing community. RAVtech's bearings have been successfully used on world championship-winning Formula 1 and Champ Car race cars. In addition to our high performance bearings, RAVtech also has a line of extreme performance seals that provide positive sealing at all times (even when stationary) while generating almost zero friction during even high speed operation.

Our first motorsport challenge came many years ago from a Formula 1 constructor who wanted smaller wheel bearings but also wanted them to last twice as long as their existing bearings. Many bearing experts said it was not possible but not only did we succeed, our design actually lasted 4 times longer despite weighing significantly less than the original bearings. This new design, being smaller in OD dimension, helped reduce unsprung weight and improved airflow through the wheel hub for superior brake cooling.

Our nearly-frictionless seals can make the winning difference. Useful anywhere but especially beneficial in spec-car series, our seals reduce frictional horsepower losses which results in real brake horsepower gains. Our engineers work closely with the teams' and/or constructors' engineers to custom tailor seals for each application.

RAVtech also designs and provides a wide variety of precision-machined internal engine and transmission products. We have vast experience with state-of-the-art coatings and machining techniques that allow us to produce highly customized components even in low quantities.
